How do I complete an order

Here is a simple guide:
1. Choose the category from the drop-down menu or the individual item within the Shop. Alternatively, click on the categories tags to find a specific look or trend.
2. Select the product you like and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have chosen the items to purchase, proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your address, payment information, and shipping details to complete the order. Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order carefully and send it to your address. You will receive updates via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is prepared for delivery, within the time limit of 24h. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an order, so you will need to purchase them separately.

Why am I being asked to enter my tax code?
By virtue of a legislative decree, it has become mandatory to enter your tax code for all orders placed on website with billing in Italy. If you want to know more, please read the Presidential Decree No. 633 of 26/10/1972. In particular, the section on Art. 21, 2nd para. (e) and (f) concerning the obligatory nature of the tax code for billing purposes.


When does my card charge take place?
If you pay by debit or credit card through the Paypal platform we use, the amount will be charged when you receive your order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We proceed payments through Paypal, using all main credit, debit or prepaid cards they accept. SEPA bank transfer payments are also accepted.

We keep your personal information private and confidential and will share it only with your consent or if legally permitted. For more details, see Tribal Beat’s Privacy Policy


How do you ship the items?
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy. Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment. Please check carefully that your data is correct and up-to-date. Remember to include a phone number so the courier can reach you, if needed.

How much is the shipping fee?
The fee change depending on the country you want to be delivered. You can check your fees within your cart, during checkout. We now deliver almost all over the world; if your region/country is not listed, please send an email, we’ll do our best to check the possibility and give you related shipping fees.  Please note that Tribal Beat has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable. All shipping information will be displayed at checkout. We also offer this fixed shipping rate for ordering multiple items: this means you can purchase multiple items while always paying one shipping fee.

Free Shipping
For Italy delivery: every order over 220€ benefits of free shipping. UE delivery: free shipping on order over 260 €. Non UE country: free shipping on order over 300 € The promotion is valid both for a single item that exceeds this value, and of course in case of multiple items whose cart exceeds this threshold.

Why do you only use courier shipping?
Although cheaper, we do not use the postal service. Using an express courier allows for faster delivery times and, most important, full parcel tracking, both by you and us, from the moment it is picked up at our location and covers the entire transit, until it is delivered to your door. In this way we minimize the risk of disappointment from possible loss. I wish you have a positive experience; first of all by the jewelry item you choose, but also by how it reaches you.

When will I receive my item and how can I track my parcel?
Once your order is confirmed, your item will be shipped usually within 1 business day; exceptionally within 3 business day Delivery takes between 2 and 7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times are calculated from the time your purchase leave our location in Italy and are approximate only. You will receive all tracking information and estimated delivery date for your order via email.

I’d like a gift box
Each order will be sent in a gift box, any time of the year, regardless of whether it is for you or your gift for someone: the item is wrapped inside a voile bag and sent in a nice gift box. This additional gift service is offered free of charge.


What is Tribal Beat’s Return Policy?
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SECTION SHALL ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE RESIDENT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION. We offer a full refund (including shipping costs) on all items that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Instead, return shipping will be your responsibility and must comply with our return and refund policy.
We suggest that you book your package pickup from your chosen courier within 7 days of your order delivery to avoid it arriving after the allotted 14 days. Each returned item must still have the label attached, include the original packaging, and must not have been used or damaged. For more information on how to cancel and return an order, visit the “Returns and Refunds” section. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for further details and specifications.

How can I proceed to return an item?
Here’s how to do it:
1.Contact us by email, or by message from within the site: you will need to provide the order reference number and your email.
2.Specify the item(s) and the reasons for your return.
3.Return each item you wish to return in its original packaging and inside the Tribal Beat box or, if you have not kept it, inside another box.
4.Prepare your package and attach the shipping label of your chosen carrier to the outside of the box.
5.Deliver the Waybill Doc to the courier. To track your order, be sure to note the number of the Waybill Doc (waybill).
We recommend that you ask the courier to scan your package when it is picked up. This way you can ensure that your package will be tracked.
Please note that it can take up to 2 days to review and accept your return. Once this process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Should I return the items in the Tribal Beat box in which they arrived?
It is recommended to send back the items inside the Tribal Beat box, but if that is not possible, you can use an equal-sized box so that the items can arrive in perfect condition. Items must be returned intact and unused, with the original label and packaging included.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued following your chosen payment method usually within 10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Using the tracking number, you can follow the path of your package. As soon as your item is received and accepted, we will send you an email to confirm the refund. Make sure all items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.

Can I return a customized item?
Because these items are created exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns.

How to apply the promo code?
All you have to do is add the eligible items to your shopping cart. Depending on the case, the promo code will be applied automatically or if reserved for you, you will need to enter it manually at checkout.

My promo code has expired.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reactivate exclusive offer promotional discounts. But we do activate exclusive or periodic promotions with some regularity, check your messages or newsletters to find out the next one. Remember that discounts and exclusive promotional codes are not transferable.
